Paper Submission

Along with the submission of the experiments, participants are invited to submit a short paper describing their systems. Papers will be published with an ISSN or ISBN associated and they will be presented either as oral or posters at the workshop to take place at SEPLN on the 16th of September. The proceedings of the workshop will be published using the ceur-ws.org repository, and will be indexed by DBLP.

Submission and dates

  • July 25th: Short paper submission deadline
  • August 12th: Notification to authors
  • August 31st: Papers’ camera ready version

Format

Submissions will not exceed the maximum length of 4 pages (not including references), and will be formatted following the SEPLN journal styles (http://www.sepln.org/home-2/revista/instrucciones-autor/). Submissions can be written in either English or Spanish.

The recommended outline is:

  1. Abstract
  2. Introduction and objectives
  3. Architecture and components of the system
  4. Resources employed
  5. Setup and evaluation
  6. Conclusions and future work
  7. References

Note that there will be an introductory article describing the task, the annotation process, the development and test corpora, and comparison of results.
